4 to 6 boiled potatoes
boil in pressure cooker for 6 whistles.
Mash it with adding salt and your choice of spices powder to it.
Filling I used is Beef Mince with green peas
500gm beef mince
1 onion finely chopped
6 to 7 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 finely chopped green chilles
Half cup boiled green peas
Salt to taste
1tsp crushed pepper powder
1tsp cummin powder
1tsp Tumeric powder
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp chilly powder
1tsp homemade Xacuti masala or any Chicken masala you have.(optional)
1 tsp lime juice.
Add oil than add garlic cloves and ginger garlic paste, now add chicken mince to it
Fry well and add little crushed pepper too
add chilly and fry well, add Chicken kheema and crushed pepper powder.
After this add the remaining spices along with lime juice and salt and fry well, cook for 5 mins without adding water.
After it cool down your filling is ready to go in the mashed Potatoes.
In your palm take some mashed potatoes as shown on video and add the chicken filling. Now fold it nicley like a round shape or oval or as you want..
For frying one beaten egg and Some Rava/suji/semolina/breadcrumbs
First dip it in egg and than roll it on Semolina, coat it nicley and fry it shallow fry till the its golden brown all sides.
