Part 1
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1tsp Mustard seeds

Part 2
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 green chilles
4 to 5 garlic cloves
(Chop the above finely)
1 big capisum (optional)
Finely chop the above ingredients.

Part 3
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp chillie powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
A pinch of hing/asafetida
1/2 tsp of lime juice
Salt to taste
2 heeped Tbsp hot and sour Maggie sauce( optional but one added its gives nice taste)

2 tbsp oil for frying.

Part 4
3 cups of finely chopped breads or one can also use sides of Slice breads.

Directions how to cook

In a kadai or frying pan add oil, once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, let it crackle than add cumin seeds and garlic . Fry well ,
Now add to it onions and fry well.
Add Tamotoes and fry well..

Now add all the ingredients which is in part 3 to the fried onions etc.
Mix well
Add Chopped capisum and fry well now add chopped breads to this and saute it for 5 mins.
Garnish it with coriander leaves
