1 big Brinjal

4 to 5 Garlic cloves
1 green chilles
1 or 2 Eggs
1 green Bell pepper
1 onion
Few coriander leaves
1 tsp Mixed herbs
1 tsp Oregano herbs
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1/4 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Pinch of garam masala
1/2 tsp whole cummin powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice
4 to 8 tsp Chicken mince (optional)

Directions how to cook

In a bowl Mix all the ingredients.
Cut the brinjal in round rings and with a cutter or with knife cut the inner part or pulp of The brinjal rings.
Chop finely the inner pulp or part of brinjal and mix it with rest of the ingredients.

Now in a frying pan add oil, place the rings of brinjals in the frying pan.
Now in a spoon take the batter and add it in the midst of the brinjal rings.
Fry it on medium flame.
Flip flop the other side and fry it nicley.

Cut the bread and place this brinjal burger and enjoy.
