Ingredients

500 gms of Tomotoes (4 bigs Tamotoes)
50 gms onions ( 1 Onion)
12 to 15 Cashew nuts
1 bay leaves
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
8 garlic cloves
3 cardomon
1black cardomon
One inch of Ginger
1 1/2 Kashmiri chillies powder
4 Tbsp of mustard oil
Lime juice
400 gms of boneless chicken or with bones
Some butter to add for the flavor
Fresh cream
Green chili optional

Directions how to cook

Take a pan and add 2 cups of water and add and boil this
500 gms of Tomotoes (4 bigs Tamotoes)
50 gms onions ( 1 Onion)
12 to 15 Cashew nuts
1 bay leaves
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
8 garlic cloves
3 cardomon
1black cardomon
One inch of Ginger
1 and half teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder
Add little butter around 1 tsp to this and mix well and let it cook for 20 mins till the tomatoes are cooked.
After cooling down, grind this to a fine paste. Than use the strainer and strain it nicley so that you get a smooth texture.

For 1st Marination Chicken marination
Add 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
2tsp of lime juice and salt to taste

Tip here use thigh boneless chicken as it's just yumm


2nd Marination
In a separate bowl add 4 tsp of mustard oil
Add 4 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder
Mix this nicely
1 cup of thick curd or hung curd
Mix and beat this all nicley
Add pinch of lime juice and mix well
Add a pinch of kasuri methi
Add Chicken pieces and marinate it for min 4 hours or overnight will also do.

Now in a nonstick Pan add butter and little oil and fry the marinated chicken and fry it on high flame.

Now in a separate Deep kadai add butter and add few sliced ginger and add green chilli chopped (its optional)
Add the gravy and mix all nicley.
Let it boil and now add little honey to it which is optional.
Add Salt to taste

Add the fried chicken to it and cook for 10 to 20 mins
Add Kasuri methi that's Fenugreek leaves.
And done.

Now if you want to give Tandoor smoke than, burn the coal on the fire, transfer the coal in a bowl add ghee than place this in the butter Chicken and cover it.


Now for Butter Chicken Lasagna
You need Lasagne sheets
So in a  casserole or baking dish or your nonstick pan  spread butter Chicken than place lasagna sheets than again add butter Chicken on this so you can continue this depending how many layers you want.

Add grated cheese on last sheet and bake it covered for 20 mins on 190c to 200c
