I used Half Kg undercut beaf meat (one can use your choice meat)
2 tbsp ginger garlic
2 tbsp White vinegar.
Salt to taste
Marinate above and keep for 4 hours.
2 or 3 whole red Kashmiri chillies
10 pepper corns
1 cinnamon stick
1 red onion
1 tbsp Red chillies
1 tbsp Tumeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
In a vessel add oil, fry onions, add kashmiri chilies than add all dry masala and whole masala and fry well
Now add Marinated meat and pressure cooker it for 6 whistles with 2 cups of water.
After the pressure cooker is cooled down open it and take all the meat in a seperate vessel and cut the meat chunks in which ever way you want.
and the other side let the gravy be cooked again till it becomes to a thick gravy.
After the gravy is thickened add the meat chunks and mix well.
Either stuff it in bread rolls or have it with puloa or with Mayonnaise and bread....
