I used Half Kg undercut beaf meat (one can use your choice meat)

2 tbsp White vinegar.

Salt to taste

Marinate above and keep for 4 hours.

2 or 3 whole red Kashmiri chillies

1 cinnamon stick

1 red onion

1 tbsp Red chillies
