1 cup wheat Flour
Salt to taste
Water to make a thick runny batter
5 to 6 turmeric leaves

For filling
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup jaggery
Few cardomons powder
Choice of dry fruits

Directions how to cook

Mix flour water and salt to a thick batter.
Keep aside for 10 mins

Mix all the ingredients for fillings and keep aside

Take the washed tumeric leaves and press the stem line.
Add the batter and spread it nicley and evenly on the tumeric leave.
Add the filling to this and fold it gently and press the edges( same like how we make Neuris)
Steam the Patoleo for 15 mins or till nicley cooked.
