Curd can be made by 3 ways but we need the starter or Jaman which we can make at home without Store Curd.

Ingredients to make Jaman or starter
Milk 500ml
2 green chillies with stem
2 deghi mitch with stem
2 tbsp lime juice

Ingredients to make curd
1000ml milk(1 litre)
And use the above any 2 starter or Jaman each 2 tbsp.

Directions how to cook

Take 3 bowl
Add warm milk in each bowl

Bowl no 1 add 2 green chille with the stem
Bowl No 2 add 2 red chillies with the stem
Bowl no 3 add 2 tsp of lime juice

Keep it in warm place for 12 hours covered
After 12 hours it's ready but this is not the curd like how we get in market. But this will help us to set the curd

Now boil thick milk 1 litter and let it become warm
Take 2 bowl of steal container with lid

Add 500ml in each container
Add 2 tbsp of Jaman lime into the milk and leave it in warm place for 6 to 8 hours to set.
Add 2 tbsp of Jaman chilli into the milk and leave it in warm place for 6 to 8 hours to set.
