250 gms Mutton boneless or with bones

For mutton Broth puloa
3 cups of mutton broth
11/2 cup rice
1 onion
1 Tamotoes
Oil for frying
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder

Directions how to cook

Recipe to get simple mutton broth (Will get mutton broth from below)
Wash mutton and apply salt to taste,1 tsp tumeric powder and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Add 3 cups of water and boil or cook in pressure cooker for 4 to 6 whistle.
Take out the boiled mutton pieces and keep aside.
and use the broth for Pulao.

Rice as per your choice
I used Jeera rice

Take 1 1/2 cup rice wash and keep it for soaking for 20 mins

In a Kadai or Handi or Pan add oil 1 chopped onion. Fry well.
Add tomatoes and fry till tamotoes are soft.add salt to taste
Add tumeric powder and coriander powder.
Fry well and now add the washed rice and fry it for few mins.

Add 3 cups mutton broth which we had cooked or boiled the mutton.
Check the salt and cover it with lid and cook on medium flame till the rice is done.

For Mutton chilly fry
2 onions
2 tamotoes
2 green chilles
Dry masala
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tbspOil for frying
Optional Everest meat masala or any chicken masala or one can use garam masala tooo.

Take a pan add oil to it.
Fry the onions well than tomatoes and chillies and cook it till the tamotoes are soft. Add all the dry masala to this and fry it very well.
Add salt to taste
Add 2 to 4 tbsp of mutton broth and fry well.
Add the boiled or cooked mutton pieces and cover it with lid for 10 mins and cook.
