7 to 10 Parwal wash it and peel the outer skin or scrap the outer skin and chop it in square shape shown in video recipe.
1 big Chopped Tamotoes
Small cube of Paneer (optional)
2 to 3 green chilles finely chopped
1 big onion chopped finely
Coriander leaves for garnishing
2 big Onions cut into square shape(diced cubed onions)
2 green Capsicum (bell pepper)
1 tamotoe chopped Diced without seeds
Ghee or Oil for frying
Dry Spices
1 tbsp Dry Mango powder(Amchu)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 Tsp of tumeric powder
1/2 tsp of garam masala powder
1 tsp big of Everest Kitchen king masala
1/2 tsp of deghi mirch powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp of cummin seeds
2 tbsp of kalonji seeds (black caraway,fennel flower,black seeds,black caraway)
3 tbsp of Dahi(curd,Yogurt)
