7 to 10 Parwal wash it and peel the outer skin or scrap the outer skin and chop it in square shape shown in video recipe.

1 big Chopped Tamotoes

Small cube of Paneer (optional)
2 to 3 green chilles finely chopped
1 big onion chopped finely
Coriander leaves for garnishing
2 big Onions cut into square shape(diced cubed onions)
2 green Capsicum (bell pepper)
1 tamotoe chopped Diced without seeds

Ghee or Oil for frying

Dry Spices
1 tbsp Dry Mango powder(Amchu)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 Tsp of tumeric powder
1/2 tsp of garam masala powder
1 tsp big of Everest Kitchen king masala
1/2 tsp of deghi mirch powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp of cummin seeds
2 tbsp of kalonji seeds (black caraway,fennel flower,black seeds,black caraway)
3 tbsp of Dahi(curd,Yogurt)

Directions how to cook

In a pan add 2 tbsp of Desi pure Ghee(local butter or oil)
Add now cummin seeds and Kalonji(Caraway seeds) saute it
Add finely chopped onion and fry it nicley.
On high flame, add green chilli now to this.

Add Chopped tamotoes and fry all this again, cover and cook till the tamotoes are cooked

Now add the all dry masala to this and mix it very nicley and fry it for few mins.

Add the chopped Parwal to this and mix all in well with the fried masala
Add half cup of water to the above and cook it covers for 4 to 5 mins.
Add the curd and mix it well continuously stirring it.
Now cook on high flame till the gravy turns thick. And till the it leaves oil from the sides of the pan.

Add now 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste mix well and fry it nicley

Now add the chopped Green Capsicum or green bells
Add Diced Onions and diced tomatoes N mix all this well and also add chopped coriander. Mix all well

Cook the above covered for 4 to 5 mins on medium flame.

Now later you can add your Paneer too but Paneer is optional.
Serve hot hot with Chappati or Rotis.
