1/2 kg of pork meat with little fats
2 onions big size
4cm of Ginger
6 to 8 garlic cloves
6 to 8 Kashmiri chillies
1tsp of turmeric powder
2 Tsp Cumin seeds
1tsp of sugar
1tsp of salt
2 bay leafs
Half cup of palm vinegar
3 tbsp of tamarind ball (soak it in vinegar)
2tsp of mustard oil (one can use any oil)

Directions how to cook

Add all ingredients with only one onion and grind to paste.

In a pan add oil ,fry 1 onion nicely now add the grinded masala and fry n cook the masala for 5 to 7mins. Add the pork meat and cook it till the meat is cooked . Once you see the pan has left the oil...
It's done.
