Sabudana Fruit Custard
Trust me try this and maybe you also might fall in love with Sabudana (Sago)

1 liter Thick version milk
(From this take 80ml milk)
3 to 4 tbsp Sabudana (Sago)powder
2 tbsp Pure kesar soaked in warm milk
1 small cube of butter
2 to 4 tbsp of sugar
Few drops of vanilla essence
Your choice of fruits.

Directions how to cook

Boil the milk
In 80ml cold milk add the Sabudana powder and mix well
Now after the milk is boiled add the Sabudana mix and cook it till it becomes thick.
Add the kesar and sugar and mix well along with vanilla essence.

Now remove it from the gas fire and strain it in strainer.
Add cube of butter and mix well.

Let it become cool in room temperature
Later transfer it in fridge
Garnish it with your choice of fruit sand dry fruits and enjoy

I served it with cup made out of apple
(Scrape all the pulp from apple)
