1/2 Cup Sabudana (240 ML Us cup) soaked in 4 cups water and keep for 3 hours.
1 Cup Boiled Potatoes
1/4 cup roasted peanuts powder
1/2tsp cumin powder or whole cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chillie powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 or 2 green chilles finely chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp of lime juice
2 Tbsp flour.
Oil for deep frying
Mix all the above ingredients and make round balls and add 1 Tbsp veggy oil.
Flatten the round balls and fry it in hot oil till golden brown.
